The technician was very professional and knowledgeable, but we are very upset with the service that we received in with the warranty this has taking nine attempts with several parts and the refrigerator still not working on top of the inconvenience of having to schedule these appointments we've had to reschedule three different appointments just to have someone come and fix says I was totally uncalled for we are not happy with the GE at this time
