tech was quick to install and get it running, the scheduling process and appointment is not great many rescheduled took almost a full month to get washer repaired

Called early to ask questions about the repair to make sure he was informed. Set a time and showed up on time. Did a timely repair and took care not to make a mess. Made sure everything was completed and area clean.

Overall service was very good. The parts were ordered and delivered quickly. Repair was completed by John within a timely manner. I would rate a 4/5 due to the fact that the tech did not call the customer prior to arrival, which was at our old address. The previous tech stated that he updated our address in which we found that to not be the case. Additionally, the customer service representative who created my claim was also given our new home address and read it back over the phone and stated that it was updated in the system. Both techs drove upward 12+ miles out of their way. It seems as though communication was lacking in system updates and confirming address prior to starting transit time.
