My GE profile refrigerator
Javar "Jay" did an excellent job fixing my GE Profile refrigerator. He is very knowledgeable, personable and efficient. Jay had the parts necessary to do the job in just 1 visit. I would definitely request Jay and use Sears Home Services again. 5 stars for sure!

Servicing of Dishwasher
Without a doubt Bernie is the best appliance technician we have experienced. He has worked on multiple appliances for us and has always gone above and beyond to thoroughly explain problems, repair the machine and give pointers for possible prevention of future problems. Bernie is skilled, personable and professional. Unfortunately, today's visit found our 4 yo Frigidaire dishwasher unrepairable as, among other issues, the heating unit had burned through the inner plastic shell - a part that is no longer available. We appreciated Bernie's expertise in diagnosing the problems and the contacts he made for us, as well as his explanation of when we could expect next steps from our Protection Plan provider. As an elderly couple, we felt comfortable being in Bernie's care.
