Tracy was very personable and knowledgable when doing routine maintenance on our GE washer/dryer combo! He shared some excellent tips with me and was training someone and from what I could hear was doing a great job educating her as well!

Always polite and thoughtful and pretty good on arrival time.But this is the third or fourth time to fix my bottom ice maker. If this is not successful I will be requiring for a refund on this Whirlpool refrigerator or a replacement.
