He was excellent and could find nothing wrong except for the poor design which is why we tried to return it to Lowes after only one day of using it but they wouldn't let us return it and said that we had to go through lg but I would never recommend this unit to anyone

Tracy was amazing… very knowledgeable regarding washer machine repairs…he did an excellent job with diagnostic of the problem and checked thoroughly to be sure it was working correctly. Tracy has excellent people skills and did an awesome job communicating with me what the problem could possibly be… SEARS is lucky to have him!

Fast and efficient service
Very professional both times he came out (first time to order parts, second time to fix it). Had my stove fixed in under 30 minutes with a keen eye for detail. Highly recommend and will use again for future repairs.
