Install was quick and the installer was very knowledgeable regarding windows and after care.

Happy with quality of windows. Exterior fit a bit rough due to retrofit. communication with installer could be better. PM (Russell) was responsive

The windows are fine and were expertly installed; however both cranks on the two windows which open are damaged and do not work properly.

The installers did an excellent job. The sliding door was small for the opening but they made it work. One of the windows was damaged in shipping.
