Aaron and his whole team did an awesome job. Quality windows installed by very professional enthusiastic people. I could not have received better service anywhere. They switched out 23 windows and did a gorgeous job. Everyone is giving giving me compliments. Patrick was great at getting my confidence and delivering quality. Susanne went over and above to finalize my down payment. It was great service at every point and I was reassured by each group that they were available if I had any issues. The windows have a lifetime assumable warranty and that actually means something to me since Sears has been around my whole life and is not a here today gone tomorrow outfit. My deepest appreciation and regards to all involved

The installation went very smoothly and quickly. My particular installation was a bit tricky however, the installation crew were confident that the job could be completed without any complications. The crew were very respectful of my home and property and even went a step farther by protecting my plants and shrubbery by draping a tarp over them. The area was completely cleaned up after the installation a my neighbors commented on how nice the windows looked and how well they took care of my property. I'm very pleased with the work so far and I have already told neighbors and family that I recommend sears for their future projects. I will speak to Sears again when I'm ready to replace my doors.
