The entire process from start to finish was to long. Too costly for 4 windows was very costly.

OVERALL REVIEW - one small negative.
Sales rep extremely pleasant and always responded to my text messages. Company who did the work was on time. Due to small damage in bathroom contractor is going to replace mirror or medicine cabinet. As of today still waiting for this. Actual contact person from office not as attentive. Only text and last few text messages no response. Asked to email with certificate to be resent.

The financing was approved very quickly, and the install was completed in one day. Impressive. I am still not happy with the way my house is cooling.

Patio Sliding Door and Front Door Replacements
It seemed to be a very long process, however, I love the doors. They were able to convert my old Patio Sliding Door with French Doors. There were a couple of issues though: 1. The first two people that came to install the Front Door did not speak English. They spoke Russian. 2. They removed all of the decorative Styrofoam Around the doors and did not replace them and for the price I paid I believe that should have been included. The inside is very nice, but the outside does not because of the removal of the Styrofoam that matched the house. Now I am not sure where and how to find someone to complete this when I believe it should have been included. I would have loved to send pictures, but it will not allow me to.

New HVAC issues
Carrier infinity system keeps blowing 3A fuses on heat setting. Carrier tech support response not timely... not happy. Installers did a great job btw

Too much paperwork like buying a house. If you pay them full amount and the check was cleared why do a credit check on the customer.?
