    It would've been nice to know when people were coming and what they were here for. I.e. the dumpsters delivered had we not been home they would've have put them in front of our garage with both our vehicles inside the garage.

    Much noisier than my 25 year old Trane unit..do not understand why it is making such a racket and is brand new. Isn't someone supposed to check to see if it was installed correctly ?
