    My Sales person was wonderful and he came when it was convenient for me and my husband. Amy the coordinator was great prior to the project and scheduling everything. I was very upset the day of the install as it started raining in the middle of the project in which I was promised that the roof would be tarped and it would not be finished till the wood dried out. Before I knew it and against my request the men quickly began to install the sealer and roofing and did not allow the roof to dry ou

    Still lots of clean up. Not all Old stucco was not removed from perimeter of the house, sitting in dirt, planter boxes. Broke my irrigation and new garden blooms, garden stake. Paint chips on my lawn where they stored their equipment. Lionel was a good communicator. Crew worked hard.

    Our ranch style home was built in 1955. The original furnace was still in the home when we moved in. We were in desperate need of a new heating and cooling system because we are expecting our first child in less than one month. We called Sears for an estimate for a mini split system. The initial appointment was adequate. We told the salesman there was no access point to the crawl space, we also told him the old furnace and ducting might have asbestos.     We are very pleased with how the entire project was handled with excellent communication along the way. I would recommend Sears to anyone looking for similar work. I will be calling for my next project soon.
