Sales person was good. Follow up poor until today. Difficult to reach the right customer service person. Different telephone numbers. Finally talked to a good customer service person.

The financing of this home improvement equipment was arranged by Sears Home Improvement Salesman Mr. Willie Chapman and Stanley French Project Coordinator, HVAC Sears. I commend them for the excellent work and professionalism of their work during a period when the weather was very hot!

Arrived timely—installed well and unit works as advertised—staff were efficient, courteous, and neat. The only thing I didn't like was having to pay 100% in advance.

New furnace installation

All good. From quoting and reviewing the proposal to financing and project scheduling and coordination to the final installation

It was good.

They was very good and fast when they changed my furnace.

The installer's where professional and did a great job. They couldn't do an attic pull down access so I'm owed a refund for that.

The furnace was installed 10 days ago (Did OK)but did not receive HERS yet thus was not able to get the City Permit yet.

Consultant was great and installer great. wish there was someone to explain how heater/air conditioner works.

Great team and respect! Was told product was great and last a long time. No problems out of Contractor that install my A/C.
