Heat pump installed
Team did an excellent job. Unfortunately they broke 2of the attic lights without telling me which made a follow-on inspection difficult because I didn't have any replacements readily available. One they were fixed, the inspection was able to proceed.

HVAC systems installed
Kenmore communicating variable speed condenser/coil/furnace 3 ton and 4 ton were installed by Sears. The installation team was able to do the entire job in a day minus an AC test, which was very impressive. They removed the older systems and installed new ones. I especially appreciate the fact that they: - installed new plenums after seeing the poor condition of the existing. - upgraded the electrical to 30A since it would not have worked with the older circuit. - provided me with a walk thru at the end even though it was 9:30 pm - were able to move my new thermostat to a different spot. - screwed in my intake vent that kept falling down. - had at least one guy that could communicate in English. It would have been even nicer if they could have: - labelled some of the items that they installed - explained to me how to troubleshoot - showed me how to maintain the system - better solved my intake vent issue. - provided a demo of how the systems communicate and what data I can capture and analyze to understand performance & improve efficiency. - shown me the results of the pressure test, nitrogen flush so I had this documented for the future. - had me register my product with carrier, if I need warranty in the future. - communicate with me at every step along the way rather than after the fact. Overall it was very good. Thank you Sears !!!!! I will be referring you to others.

Insulation of air conditioner could have been installed much earlier if repairer had come out to see what he needed beforehand 🤔. Job was completely certifiable in my opinion. Just getting to that point was somewhat difficult.

The product it self is great so far
The sales person Ali was great he went out of his way to help, greatperson But after that it was down hill it took me 2 weeks to get in contact with the project msnget and him a week to notify the contractor and the contractor 1week to come out than another 3weeks for installation. Not sure i can give a reference

The installers did an exceptional job. Had it all installed in half a day and left my house cleaner than they found it! Right now, the only problem is the loud AC. Howard, our installer, replaced the compressor yesterday, and now it is even louder. Howard is in touch and will be installing a new unit. By the way, the AC works just fine.
