Steven was a good tech in and out quick with the fix. However the way sears has their system set up I wish they could narrow that 8-5 window down so I would have a better idea of when they would be there. I had to take two vacation days just for the fix. Other than that no complaints.

This service was not best , always rescheduled has me missing work for no one to show up and the timeframe let's not talk about that . You guys got to do better with your customers with time, for you to be in the home for less than a hour
