John went above and beyond the call of duty. He accurately diagnosed the problem with my dryer and took his time to order the part for me and set up a followup visit for installation of the part. At the follow-up visit, he discovered that the ordered part was not the correct part. He followed up with the parts department and found out that the part for my dryer no longer existed. He noted that he was not able to repair the dryer in the notes that led to a replacement claim being initiated and which is now being processed.

Tim, our technician, did a superb job of keeping us informed of the status of our claim. He called or texted to make sure we knew what to expect. On the other hand, the automated emails and text messages were not as reliable. If Tim had not kept us informed, we would not have had a good experience.
