Ignacio was great! He knew exactly what was wrong with our washer and told us what we needed to. He explained to us that the washer is a computer, unlike the old washers. We never thought about that. He told us we needed to unplug the washer about 10 minutes in order for the computer to reset. It worked fantastically! This gentlemen was great, explained it perfectly, was friendly and we are very pleased with work. Thank you!
