Austin is GREAT
He was friendly, professional, and quick! The rest of my experience with Sears leaves A LOT to be desired. If I could give Austin 10 Stars, and Sears 0 Stars, I would! Worst experience in customer service I've ever had....Congratulations.

Gabriel worked hard trying to get the washer to spin. It wouldn't. He said it would need a new part. I asked how much it would cost? He said over $300. We said don't fix the machine.

My washer repair appointment was cancelled four times, three without my knowledge. I was on the phone close to daily trying to remedy the situation. Finally, when I said that I wanted a refund, Jose arrived. He did a great job. None of the scheduling issues were his fault. FYI - I had signed up for the Sears Protect Plan, but with the horrid scheduling service, I cancelled.
