Isidro communicates with me, when he is coming, to service my washer. Previous technician's no communication & don't show up, which I wasted my whole day, & Sears has to reschedule me again. Isidro get the job done & listen to my complaints about my washer. Sears needs to treat their technicians with better working conditions & not overload their work load. Also your routing, U schedule them from town, to Leeward, to Windward, keep your technician working in the same district! This is why U loose good worker's. Keep up the good job, Isidro!!

Happy with the service tech Bowman however why does Sears ask to describe the problem in detail before the service tech comes for first appointment and not have any replacement parts with him. Instead he has to oder part that I already described in detail that I needed and make a followup appointment to install the part. Very frustrating.
