I had no problem with the guy that came out to service my washer today! However I do have a huge compliant concerning the proper way to file a claim. The automated system is not the best and there is no way to speak to a live customer service representative, which can be very frustrating. Even my copy of the coverage that lists the appliances has a number at the bottom that is not beneficial to the customers. Something needs to be done to make this a little more convenient and easier for the customers
