Great Tech-Lousy Company
Took four scheduled visits to determine the mower was toast. The problem was with Sears scheduling and dispatch. horrible communication and no way to reach a human and no email or land address to address the issues. Tech arrived diagnosed and ordered parts promptly, two subsequent visits rescheduled by Sears w/o communication. Final visit determined engine head was bad.

Job not finished
The job was not completed. I need new blades and either he or my wife decided it was acceptable to leave it unfinished. The mower deck should have been installed.

Partial service
The first issue is that the website doesn't give us an opportunity to tell the technician what it is we want. Frequently, I find that the technician doesn't have what they need on the truck and they have to make a return visit. This is frustrating when you have appliances or Equipment that needs to work. The inability to nail down a time for the visit is also particularly frustrating. You have to schedule a whole whole day waiting for them to show up. They may show up at eight in the morning or they may show up at five at night. Our most recent appointment was canceled and they had to reschedule. They didn't call or let us know until the end of the business day. None of this is really the fault of the individual technicians. This is a structural issue with Sears home services.

Customer complaint ability not there .
Not that you pay attention to these surveys but I'll try . I've been a Sears customer for many years but not any more . My problem with Sears is I just can't talk to anyone that will discuss any issue I have . I don't have the patience to even go through it again cause as far as I see Sears just doesn't care about what I think about it . Not only no stores anymore but apparently can't even talk to anyone at Sears about anything . To buy something or order something it seams to work but for information or with a problem can't get anybody on phone to resolve the issue . Can get someone to order or buy something they talk to you but if they're a complaint you just can't get anyone to talk to . Sorry s as d don't think you care at Sears but I'm finished with you . I've always thought of Sears as almost a family but not anymore . Things at Sears been little bumpy in recent years and understand lack of stores it it now lacks that personal thing that's important between customer and sears . Hope it all works out for the best but you need to get back to a place a customer can walk in door at a store .

Wonderful repairman
He took the time to go through and show me everything he did. I especially liked that he didn't treat me different because I was a woman. He was very respectful and kind.

No Fix
Service was for fixing uneven mowing. The mower continues to mow unevenly and the belt smoked and came off the deck. Tech cleverly test mowed an area very lightly so that we could not see that it was not improved. The mower is old and if it was not fixable he should have said so.

Buyer beware

Riding lawn mower repair
The lawn mower will not start. Had same issue when u worked on The mower. It started for a few seconds and stoped running Please come and check out, it do not start.
