He got the job done as scheduled but, it involved additional work to remove a corroded battery connector and install the battery I bought earlier. The heat and humidity was intense but he did a great job... much appreciated.

Robert was great. My only feedback is the automatic notification system you have. Sometimes I would get three or four calls AND emails in the same day, reminding me of the appointment. That's a bit much.

Michael diagnosed the problem quickly recommended a repair. Helped me find the replacement parts to order.... his communication was great, let me know he was available early for the appointment, and got the repair done fast!! Highly recommend him for your repair needs!!

Tim has been out to our house the last 3 times we had to call for mower repair. Each time he's knowledgeable and "gets it done." As far as Sears documentation, I would like better itemization on the forms. Today it was a belt repair, but I don't see that spelled out. It's nice to know what was done for reference next time
