  1. Awful service

    The technician was only going to change the oil until I asked him to check the items that were promised when using the service. At that, he never checked the spark plug and did not lubricated the moving parts.

  2. Couldn't repair

    Repairman told this riding mower was never going to stay in gear. This was our second mower after the first one had a poor paint job

  4. Riding lawn tractor

    He was on time. He did the usual maintenance. But outstandingly fixed the difficulty I had in engaging the blades. I am old so that was a real problem for me. Now after his fix I am able mow my grass. Thanks to him. I think he was named Jim but I could be wrong.

  8. Law tractor repair

    Guy got here on time. Didn't really know. What he was doing. Did change the mower blades ok also did a tune up, part of which is ok I.e. Changed oil and filter and air filter. The tune up.part is awful..mower runs worse now than it ever has. Called to make a second appointment, can't get one until May 29,2015. Not happy with wait time. But in your favor I will be out of town before that but couldn't get an appointment before. NOT HAPPY!!!!!
