Johnny W. was very professional and diagnosed the problem. He ordered the necessary part for the microwave oven. This part has not arrived. He also made a new appointment for April 11th but did not keep the appointment. Maybe it was because he knew the part had not arrived. He did not leave a message. Please advise me as to further service for the microwave.

Not happy
The technician was very nice and polite. They were here for 3 hours working on our new 14 month old refrigerator and it's still not fixed. We've been without a fridge for a week now. We are not happy

Quick fix to problem
Dennis and helper quickly diagnosed and fixed unstable washer with new rods. Professional, but he kept trying to sell me the home warranty. I just wanted a repair, not a sales rep. Plus they couldn't transmit the repair paperwork. SEARS needs to supply an ipad or some other device so they can quickly transmit. Washer works fine and they cleaned up and ran a test.
