Short Cut Repair!
A tech was sent to evaluate our situation. He identified and ordered the part. When part came in a different tech, Noah, was sent to repair. He said replacing the part that was ordered would take too long and too much work. After he took all food out of refrigerator he left for about 30 min and went to purchase something else. He spliced the line ("jerry rigged" it). He did not install the part order and he took it with him. We HOPE this repair continues to work properly!! We are a concerned customer

quality of service
Poor quality when I tried to call re: a refund. Transferred four times. First person cou ldn't talk english. very frustrating

Refrigerator repair
He left dirt and water all over the floor. then he asked if he could leave all the boxes and old parts which he should never do.

Professional and respectful employee
Mr. Dionysios was a stellar tech. He explained very clearly about the newer knobs, (metal) which are a better version of the original (plastic,). I thought there was something wrong when I could not get the knobs to work. I was afraid of a gas leak or would break if I pressed too hard which was not the case. He is a top notch employee.

Richard said he couldn't do anything unless he saw problem it in process. He disagreed with previous tech (David C). Said parts wouldn't solve problem. He took back parts. He asked me to explain problem but continued to interrupt me. He had no history of the previous service calls. He said he cannot make any repairs. Not a good experience for me.

Provided very thorough service
Scott fixed the leak from the water hose that went from the dishwasher to under the sink where it had been leaking profusely. I felt he spent more than enough time making sure that the leak was fixed - very thorough. That issue was fixed but the following day when I ran the dishwasher, it made a strange noise half way through the complete cycle but it did finish. Today - now this is two days later, it started but then stopped and won't turn back on - still water at the bottom of the dishwasher. I checked the power source and all is fine - time for a new dishwasher I guess.

No Deal
Elijah was great but was not qualified to render the service requested. How those details were not worked out before sending him here and having me wait all day is un excusable. Funny thing is he knew to ask for the part that he was unable to install. A new name does not translate to better service and apparently that new leaf has not been turned.

Not very satisfied
While the technician came and replaced the ice maker, this did not solve the problem. Ice maker is still not generating ice or even filling up with water. I have had to schedule yet again next week to get it fixed. Time frame for technician was 8-5 and did not get here until 5:30.

Unfriendly and uncaring
Having had such a positive experience with our original repair technician, who was friendly and kind (we are both disabled) we were disappointed by the coldness and unfriendly person visiting today. Our previous technician had offered to help me clean behind the fridge / freezer on his next visit, this guy wanted to quote me for a coil clean (not what we'd asked for help with). He pulled out the drawer of the freezer and there was dirt and now mold due to melted ice and he called me into the kitchen and told me it was my chance to wash it clean. I told him it was going to be very difficult for me as I couldn't bend down easily. He turned his back and ignored me. I get it's not his job, but there is something called understanding and human kindness - this man demonstrated neither. I couldn't wait for him to leave.
