Washing machine repair

He didn't want to take 15 minutes to make sure that the washing machine would work properly he kept telling me how it was supposed to go well now when it gets to 154 it says H2O supply problem so it's still not fixed I am very disappointed, I know it was not an easy thing for him to put the parts in that needed as he had to Google how to get to where he needed to be however I would like my washing machine to work too and it appears that I still have to sit here and babysit it. Really not happy about that

Besides the technician missing the 8 to 12 , 4 hour window, with no updates, i finally receiveda text at 3 that he is on his way. When he did look at the stove he had to call another technician to ask questions. He finally determined the burner control knob was bad and replaced it. Now my stove is fully functional.

Water softener

Didn't install the new softener exactly where the old one was now a folded table I had stored next to it that he moved won't fit anymore. Asked him about a strap that was on the bottom of the old one that I removed he said he didn't remove it so he was not going to put it back. I removed it trying to see where the leak was. I guess it's policy but I think they should dispose of the old one. He said it was my property and it was trash and he doesn't take trash.

Eric was pleasant and on time What I was not satisfied was how the diagnosed was performed. I am sure this is how the techs are trained. I was looking for the tech to open the control panel or check for wires etc etc more physical diagnosed. Everything that was done (approx. 15) was on YouTube or able to Google. I am out 119.00 that is about $8.00 a min earned.

The service technician arrived on time, but his unpleasant appearance and body odor made the experience uncomfortable. He appeared to be in a hurry and did not perform a thorough assessment of the problem. He talked on the phone while performing the assessment. The assessment was complete in 5 minutes.

He was an hour late. Looked tired and not very pleasant. The estimated price was astronomical for wanting a gasket put in my freezer door. Labor was outrages. Did not have him do the work.

Mehrdad was fine. Too bad Kenmore appliances are such garbage now. Five years old and it would cost More to repair than to buy new. Sinful. Wasteful. Climate criminals
