Brian OK, Sears Not So!
My appliance was fixed. The technician did a good and timely job. Not so happy with NOT being called on my cell phone as requested for the first and second visit. Techs never got the message from Sears to call on cell phone per my portal messages and after updating my profile contact information.

OK but…
Scott did a fine job with the info he had, but it was not accurate. The filter installations for my refrigerator, which I have had for 4-5 years, are not what he accessed. The correct ones are on page 17 of the manual. The water is flowing fine so far, so I guess it's working regardless on the weong instructions. Scott was polite and patient, even tho he probably thought I was nuts. I had to leave for an appointment, but I knew how we had done this installation many times before. Did GE provide him bad info? I just know what my owners' manual says.

LG Refrigerator Door
Conrad was very prompt in fixing the refrigerator door problem; however, he was unable to install the replacement Refrigerator Deli Drawer since it has not arrived as of today, the date of the repair.

Service visit
Appreciated the service visit from an experienced and courteous repair person. Thank you My fridge did not make its problematic noises during the visit. That's the only reason this is not five star

Finally fixed fridge
After 2 months of repair visits by two different people Tim did it. Fridge is working. Ice making is still slow today. Will replace filter and see if that helps

Jesus F. Was helpful but unable to make repairs due to incorrect parts. However the Sears telephone system is hopeless as it doesn't allow the customer to talk to a human with any knowledge on how to solve a problem & no way to call a technician directly. Do not recommend this Sears service center.
