Sears has been working on my icemaker for 11 months an still no ice What happen to sears policy of repaire or replice My only oplacine is to buy a new unit and deducite the cost from the 12,000 d0llars I owe Sesrs for the new windows that were instald last month

Roy
Roy refused to work on my garage fridge because he said the order didn't say garage fridge. I pay extra for that fridge on my coverage. Could you send Rudy from Appliance Services back? He said you canceled his work order on Friday. He was working with my work schedule all week. Thanks

The worthless effert of a Sears repair appontment
not good ! never again I should have fixed it myself not called SEARS he never looked just took what I said and started writing up a big bill PS I fix it myself at 1/5 your bill

Refrigerator
He seems to not know how to communicate with the customer. Was unable to answer the questions asked. After 3 tries my refrigerator is still not working the way it was before he and the other techs started working on it.

Total Failure
the company has come to my house at least 7 times and the refrigerator still does not work. This time he even left a mess water on the floor this company is ridiculous not able to speak with anyone in the US.

An absolute disaster
There was NO difference in the refrigerator temperature between the last visit and this visit. Although pleasant, the tech seems underqualified and overconfident. I have now been a whole month without my refrigerator!

Terrible technician
Jaime was the third technician who came over to fix my fridge ice maker. He started messing with some wire then told me he can't do it. He wrote a report saying that the prior owner has done some modifications to the wiring without any proof and got my claim denied. The prior owner is 77 years old and the fridge is pretty new and none of the first two technicians have reported this issue… Jaime was supposed to come back today. Got a call from him at 9 am saying that he has one client before me. At 2pm I get notification with a receipt of the service signed by me altho the technician never came and never signed anything.

Didn't fix the problem
I'm not sure if this is the technician that came the first time, but, at first the wrong part was ordered (by the technician) so we had to wait even longer for the next appointment. The 2nd time the technician came, it was the correct part, but the problem was not fixed.. paid money for a part that didn't fix the problem. Our refrigerator still doesn't work.

Sears is horrible!
Sears warranty dept. Says our frig. Compressor had a 10 year warranty, tech said no. We called warranty dept. back and they said tech is wrong, but can't override him. Ridiculous.
