Stove top repair tech
The technician came first thing this morning, which would normally be a rare event. Unfortunately, since I was not expecting that early, I had to ask if he could wait until I put my dog in a different part of the house. Jamal was very patient and waited a bit for me to open the front door. He was polite and introduced himself to me. After troubleshooting the problem, he repaired what the last tech did not fix and explained what the problem was to me. He accepted my profuse apologies for having him wait. I am grateful Jamal was able to repair the burner and that it is still in correct working order after his departure.

Bennie was professional and competent. I find it odd that I wasnt given a survey for the Sears subcontractor who serviced our fridge. Unlike Bennie, that sub was NOT helpful. The fridge subcontractor came to our house, said nothing was wrong to my husband and caregiver, and left. My freezer door still sticks. That was disappointing and was the second fridge subcontractor Sears sent. The first subcontractor was to perform maintenance. He did absolutely nothing. So disappointing. But back to Bennie, he did fine. Can you send Bennie to fix my fridge?!
