I had problems with Samsung and trying to get my oven fixed for a month. I call Sears and they had the problem diagnosed and parts ordered in one day. By the next week when my parts came in the service tech was there when they said he would be there and he fixed it. From now on all my service is going through Sears

He was professional, smiled and fixed my range today. He even let the family dog give him a sniff. I appreciate him working quickly with a coworker to get the items in place, tested and running. They even set the clock to the correct time.
