Ken, took care of the stove, had to order parts and came back out to put it in, but that didn't fix it, so ordered another part. Schedule another day to install. Came back and fixed the stove. I am happy!

Service technician arrived and diagnosed the stated problem with our Kenmore oven. Once the diagnosis was completed he outlined a remediation plan and made the appropriate correction to the existing problem. The repair was made in a timely fashion and we were very appreciative. The technician was a true professional with his responses to our questions related to service, billing etc.
