Excellent and professional. I declined service on my GE oven (broken igniter) because a part costing $262 and a labor cost of $343 is prohibitive for my budget! Not fair that I purchased a Sears GE gas range 7 yrs ago for about $700 and a simple repair costing almost as much as a new product! Adjust your parts and labor costs and you'll have me back as a customer!

Chris was courteous, thorough, and worked efficiently. He explained the problem with the center griddle and why it's not as hot as the round burners. He told me how to clean and care for that burner to avoid future issues. He's a very good service person.

Steph was excellent, professional, polite and friendly. He was able to identify the problem and fixed it right away. This scenario is rare in Miami because many technicians do not show up or make you wait the entire day and still not able to fix the problem because they needed a part. If service like we got from Steph was the norm I would be a happier consumer. Five Star Srvice!!
