I will never recommend this company to anyone and will actively steer people away from using a&e. The whole process was awful. Our appointments were cancelled 8 times. That is ridiculous and completely inconsiderate of peoples time. There is no way to speak with anyone except if they call you, and half the time they seem to have incorrect information. Literally the worst experience I've had with a repair service in my life. That being said, the repair techs were great. Friendly and got the job done quickly. Not sure why we needed over 8 visits and rescheduling to accomplish this.
