The technician came at the time they said he would come and fixed the stove quickly. The only complaint I have is that it took a week for me to get someone out here and I thought that was too long to have to wait. I had to make 3 different calls to finally get this problem solved.

Brian was wonderful. He explained things well. He was a perfect gentleman and very nice . He seemed knowledgeable about the stove and what needed to be done. Unfortunately, the repair would be too costly for such a short warranty, so I've decided to just get another stove

I have a range/oven that is 30+ years old. The first repair man researched, found and ordered the part. The two repair persons who came out later had to spend some time figuring how to install the part since it is an old range. They were successful, thank God.
