Very satisfied with John. He was knowledgeable, friendly and did the job perfectly. He made sure that the oven worked correctly before he left. It would be nice if all the repair technicians acted like him & did the repair without complaining or not knowing what they were doing. Maybe Sears will hire more technicians like him.
