The service he provided was ok it just took 2 visits which could have just been 1. I asked them from the beginning to bring a fuse, but they didn't. I had to wait for the fuse to be ordered and then another 2 weeks for a repair appointment. It also wasn't clear that the appointment was in your system.

Tom was good but the oven could not be repaired. The part was left here and we are waiting to learn when the oven will be replaced. Please advise asap. We have been without an oven for a long time and what to be done with the part.

Jon and an assistant were neat, clean and friendly. Everything seems to be working fine with my double built in ovens. My only questions has to do with the installation of one part: " Range Cooling Fan Sensor Board (replaces WB27T11451, WB27X23614)". All the other parts installed were labeled wall oven. I just hope this was a typo and not the wrong part!! I would have given 5 stars except for this concern!

In my initial request I said it was the heating element that was broken I don't understand why the part isn't carried on the vehicle it was ordered and 3 arrived at my home did I pay for 3 because I know they are less than 100 dollars and my cost for repair was almost 400. Harold proceeded to yank on my unit without removing screws that attached it to the counter I had to show him how it was attached. 2 screws were missing to attach element and again the truck had none so I had to finish the repair myself. I will never use the service again and will share my story if any one asks
