Amazing Service
Our oven decided to stop working the day we were hosting a family birthday party. To my delight we were able to schedule a repair that day and within 4 hours our oven was working again. This is truly amazing. Our repair person was friendly and had the expertise to fix our problem.

William was probably the best service provider ever to come to our home for a repair! He was very courteous and began by asking me to give him some history on the repair we needed done. This was especially important to me because we have had several problems with this repair in the past and I wanted him to be aware of those before he began. Once we finished this conversation, William got to work, fixed the problem, checked over the rest of the appliance, found some other problems and fixed everything. While he was in our home he was very careful about where he placed his tools, etc so as not to scratch our floor or damage anything. When he was finished, he cleaned up everything and put it back in order. Throughout the repair, which ended up taking awhile, he gave me progress reports so I would know what was going on and why it was taking longer than initially expected. In summary, his interaction with me and his repair work couldn't have been better! I would grade him A++ if I were still teaching.

Excellent Job
Last time Edward came to the house he took the time to take apart the oven. He checked every part of the oven, the mother board, the fan assembly, the electrical wires, the heating elements, burners. He found that the temperature thermostat was not working correctly. The part was orders and delivered to my house. Today's visit he put in the new temperature thermostat. He is very knowledgeable takes the time to explain they what he was doing during both visits. Very Satisfied.
