Ignacio arrived a little bit ahead of the scheduled repair window and fixed my oven in no time. He checked out other parts of my oven and addressed my concerns about my older oven. He was very professional and great to work with ... I will use Sears Home Services again in the future ( but not too soon, I hope.)
