Repair of double oven

Larry came in he confirmed the issue we were having with our double wall oven. He then began to work and found an additional problem. He fixed the secondary issue and then installed the part that had been sent to us. Of course after he replaced the part he confirmed that both ovens worked and that they were heating up properly. He then checked to see if the temperature coincided with the actual temperature in the oven. When he was done he cleaned the area where he had been working explain what we should do if we had any additional issues and thanked us for using Sears.

I really liked the technician. He was efficient and very personable. On the other hand, I don't like the technology for appointments. The first follow up was cancelled giving me short notification. I used the technology to schedule the follow up. The night before i received notification that I haven't confirmed the appointment when I set it. Asking for confirmation would have been fine, just not a notification of cancellation
