Great experience. Shane is an exceptional technician. He kept us informed. Shane is very knowledgeable, professional and thoughtful. He is very courteous. Sears should be very proud to have an employee like Shane.

Don arrived and was courteous and knowledgeable right from the beginning. He provided the diagnosis and solutions. The manufacturer discontinued the part but he gave options and the repair will be cheaper as a result. Awesome tech.

Service by Patrick was great. He was very professional and explained me the repair required. Unfortunately, the repair cost too costly, over $500 for time and material to repair the Range Surface Burner Valve. The job took about 1/2 hour.
