While he couldn't leave having fixed my chest freezer, he showed up early and listened to the whole story on the situation. He did everything in his power to resolve but it turned out the part needed wasn't what I had been told previously. It was more expensive and recommended and different course of action. Overall he spent a good amount of time checking for the part, but was also quick and efficient. Appreciated him breaking it all down for me!
