He was knowledgeable and did the best that he could. Magic Chef wrote that he could not order parts he would have to call them. The microwave is brand new. We just bought the 2022 Columbus 299.

Derone R. Vincente was very knowledgeable in repairing our gas stove. He knew exactly what to do and where to begin. He worked efficiently--explaining what he was doing. He completed his work in less than one hour and left our house with our gas oven working again as it should. Thank you for servicing our Magic Chef oven. We called several offer appliance repair companies and they refused to even come out to look at our stove--because they do not work on Magic Chef appliances. We appreciate your service!

Peter updated the estimated time of arrival. Called 20 minutes before arriving. Introduced himself before entering my home. Explained the challenge with the repair. Talked with my insurance company to assure the solution would be covered and fixed the issue with my thermostat. I would use this service again.
