He was excellent and could find nothing wrong except for the poor design which is why we tried to return it to Lowes after only one day of using it but they wouldn't let us return it and said that we had to go through lg but I would never recommend this unit to anyone

Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable when providing the service. He explained thoroughly the process and diagnosis and provided excellent customer service. My initial experience with my Sears Protect Home Warranty was extremely disappointing due to the AI component where I was unable to speak with an individual to discuss the First Three (3) Attempts to have a Service Technician make it to a scheduled appointment with no reason provided. On the final attempt Bryan made it to my location and provide prompt efficient service that will now keep me as a customer in the program. Please acknowledge his performance for saving / retaining this customer relationship based on his excellent service!
