Michael arrived 90 minutes earlier than expected (which was great!) Provided a quick analysis of the problem with our 6yo LG frig. Performed additional diagnostics and realized there were other problems. Made great suggestions relative to our "next steps".

Gerardo was on time, extremely pleasant, and thorough. It is obvious he cares about his job and takes pride in the work he does. He did not rush, took his time, he wanted to know about the previous history of the unit, he spent a considerable amount of time asessing the current condition and took his time in explaining his findings to me and answering my questions. He would be welcome back to our home anytime and is a credit to your service organization.

Glenn came out and diagnosed the problem ordered a new ice maker it came the next day sears contacted me said could have him come the next day and install it he that thanks to all involved they were all very professional.
