Two technicians came here in Wednesday and diagnosed a bad heater element. They ordered it and made appointment for next Wednesday. I received a call from Sears telling me the technician who was supposed to have come Wednesday was coming today. I told the dispatcher they had it wrong, we are waiting for parts, but they sent Patrick anyways. Wasted trip, 90 m8nutes each way.
