I've had the worst experience with your automated system. I needed to speak to a human when they canceled us after my appointment on Tuesday waiting all day till 4:44 - the computer stinks. Felix is great thanks. We are concerned that the three parts that he got one wasn't the right piece but he said it should work fine with the other two pieces but we're concerned that maybe it isn't going to be fine I hope so though
