Repair of Washer
Excellent service. Arrived when expected. Friendly. Found the washer problem in minutes and explained the issue in non technical ways. Replaced a motor and the washer is back as new. Would recommend his service to other.

Shyheim showed up today to fix my dishwasher. He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and funny! He took his time going through the cycles , testing this and looking at that, not to find anything wrong! Whatever was going on with my dishwasher a couple of weeks ago, wasn't showing up tonight but you know what? It's all good! At least I know there's nothing wrong and Shyheim definitely put me at ease because he took his time to make sure that he tried it all before he left. I appreciate him for that!

He was very knowledgeable and assessed the problem right away. The LG Washtower was not in need of repair, it is the pipe behind the washer that needs to be snaked. I had the condominium office send over a plumber and they sent two. They will take care of it tomorrow. Your technician suggested that I call the condominium office. Thanks!
