Greg was very kind and so was Austin who he was training. They came in did what I needed and were polite and respectful. However the first week my appointment was canceled with no text or call about it and when I called I could only talk to an AI robot and not a real person to see why it had been canceled that was very frustrating to have to go another week without my fridge with no reason why.

Called early to ask questions about the repair to make sure he was informed. Set a time and showed up on time. Did a timely repair and took care not to make a mess. Made sure everything was completed and area clean.

Technician was great-explained a few things about the repair so I could understand. However- your AI customer service is horrible- I will not be using Sears home service again because of it!
