James was efficient regarding installing a new thermostat for my clothes dryer. After installing the new thermostat and doing several test runs to be sure thermostat worked, James explained what likely occurred to burn out the existing thermostat. I appreciate the work that James did to fix my clothes dryer.

Hayward had to replace an oven igniter that was just replaced 3 months ago. Sears needs to use a more reliable parts store. Hayward did an excellent job.

Huy was polite and professional. He quickly found the problem and then did the work. Our older refrigerator was leaking from the back and it turned out the whole backside had to be cleaned out. Yuck. But it is working great now. Thanks Huy!
