Mahamoud did a great job on the repair. The AI on the Sears repair website is terrible. There wasn't an option for me to speak or chat with a live agent. Service call was dropped saying repair window had passed BEFORE the scheduled time. ðŸ˜

Our Technician, David, called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. He showed up on time and was ready to help us. David was very personable and did his work efficiently. He explained what he was doing and was very neat in his work. David picked up the worn pieces and associated packaging. He left all in good shape and did a nice job for us. Murtaza did a very thorough check-up on our Kenmore washer. I didn't expect anything would be wrong. And his testing of the product showed that to be true. It is an old washer, and I'm glad that he confirmed that there are no problems. I look forward to seeing him again on July 3 when he and another tech will fix our dryer with the parts he ordered on his last visit.

This gentleman made it within the timeframe window. I didn't have to wait around all day. Very friendly outspoken and knowledgeable. Was able to come in and fix the problem within 20 minutes. He even gave me time so I can clean out from behind my fridge that probably hasn't been done in 20 years before he put it back.
