The repairman knew exactly what was wrong and ordered the part. Installed in quickly without problem! The main problem was we were rescheduled 3 times. Even after I confirmed each time. It's been over 3 weeks since Sears was here the first time. I'm very disappointed in this!!!

Excellent service and Moises an excellent technician. The only complaint I encountered was that the parts took two and half weeks to arrive. I believe this issue should be addressed by Sears Service.

Manuel showed up today as scheduled after a reschedule due to showing up earlier than the time frame given to me, but he said he sent me a message, but I did not get it. That is possible given the clunky way your communication system works. In any case he evidently found the problem and used an ordered part and had another part on his truck that needed to be replaced. So everything works now.
