Christopher was professional, respectful and amiable. He quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem. He expedited and orchestrated the ordering of special parts and scheduled installation. On day of repair work he verified and examined newly ordered repair parts. Repair work was done in a timely manner and very thorough and efficient. All questions and concerns we had were answered to our satisfaction. Excellent customer service Five Stars.

Ahmed was very caring, professional, friendly and wanted to get my washer fixed. On his own, he looked inside his truck to see if he could find any parts from another washing machine that would fit my washer. We were inform that the parts for my washer were not made anymore. I am so happy he went beyond to fix my washer. He is a great worker. I hope Sears appreciates his good work. AH
