Why did I wait 1 extra week for service???
James told me they were here last week on Tuesday & Thursday. Why did you not put me on one of those days? That is pathetic lousy service. James is always great but that's just Sickening that you made me wait 1 entire extra week to get service. James was also... confused why you didn't get me scheduled for last week. That's unacceptable!! Sickening actually is what that was. I rebuke it too!!!

Gary knows what he is doing He. Said sears would call me to schedule installation I haven't heard from them I called in repair February 22 2026 repair was rescheduled once and the last time 3/6 /2026 Gary was here he said Sears was going to be installing a new water heater

I was told to wait 48 hours so my water heater will be replaced through the insurance or call the repair person mr. Ochoa.

Antonio provided excellent customer service. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He not only lit the pilot light on the water heater, but cleaned it and flushed sediment so it won't happen again. Great customer service oriented technician. Thank you Antonio and Sears.
