Bowman was an exceptional knowledgeable, efficient, cordial technician. It was a pleasure to have him service my water heater! I am disappointed with the poor notification system when there will be a no show. I had two appointments on 10/23 and 10/24 which were no shows and were rescheduled to 10/28. On 11/4, I had a no show which was reschedule to 12/2. Customers deserve appropriate notification. Is overbooking a problem???

Ron quickly knew what was wrong with my water heater, how to fix it, and how not to break it more before he got the parts. He also helped navigate the abysmal SHS customer service. He found the part locally that they said they could not get and once I was able to trick their AI agent into letting me keep an appointment with him, he was able to install it. He'd obviously done this before, knew the tricks, and got things installed and cleaned out great. Thank you, Ron!
